Possible 295gtx upgrade advice

I currently have a ULTRA-QUIET PSU: SILENCER® 750 ATX and running a XFX 260gtx with no problems but I want to to upgrade to a new XFX 295gtx and wondering if it will handle it and have the right connectors.

That should run a 295 just fine.
