The blinking cursor is normal just let it do its business be pateint.....if not workiong still maybe its cause the different revisions are not compatible.

i dont think this is an xfx problem, you need to go to your mobo manual and see what it says about cars with different revisions.. look online for that. we are also assuming the cards work just fine by themselves

well see i killed my abit board. big surprise. i have a dfi 680i lt incoming. im hoping for better luck. also does the sli bridge matter, i heard it does. if it doesn't work this time ill rma both cards to get a matching set. ones green the other is black.

As long as you already have one it does'nt. that motherboard was supposed to come with a sli bridge. you can buy them on evga's website at www.evga.com

are they the hard PCB type or the flexible ribbon type? if you have the hard pcb type you'll have to go get one of these

mine are the hard type ones form a evga 780i the other is form a evga 680i tr. they are 90mm in length the one for this board needs to be 63,5mm. or a flexible ribbon that you linked which i may pick up. ill check with a couples buddys in the next couple days and see if they have any of the smaller sli bridges
