Any one else experiencing this? My fonts are now "bleeding" colors, that is, they sort of have red, blue smudging on their edges. Screen captures do not show this however. This is AFTER upgrading to CAT 9.1. Tried adjusting various color settings in CCC to no avail. What is this problem called? How does it get fixed?

try adjusting your Clear type settings, Click the Windows Color and Appearance option, and then at the bottom, click Open Classic Appearance Properties for More Color Options; Then in the Appearance Settings dialog box, click the Effects button. Here, under "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts," in the drop- down box select "Standard" instead of "Clear Type." should work, if it doesnt, go to your ATI Catalyst control panel, there should be an are to adjust the "hue" of the screen

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried all those options already. What wasn't obvious was the 32bit display color quality setting. I basically changed this setting to 16 bit medium color quality, then changed back to 32 bits, and that solved it. Odd stuff.

Well may be not. Doing this ^ really only fixes it until next reboot. I don't really shut this comp down much, but it gets annoying when I do, having to redo that manually.
