Been having problems in the newer games with my old sound card. Figured I'd upgrade.

I only use headphones.

Just looking for something relatively new and inexpensive.

I just bought the Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer for about $40.00 and Logitech X-540 $35.00 from Circuit City, going out of business sale. My daughter listens to music alot and the bass is pretty good.
