I bought some of the 16GB Mtron SSD 7500 pro series drives from them, and had a drive crap out on me one day. Being it was an OS drive, I'm not too concerned about the loss of data, but for a 400usd drive I expect some sort of customer service.
It is now going into Feb and the drive failed back in Dec. I have sent them email's tried calling during the posted business hour's on the site, but no response in any shape or form. Even the phone line I call say's we are not available at this time. I don't have a whole lot of time, and I figured at first it was a one man shop deal, and he was a bit busy. I'm losing my patience though, and really need a replacement, or my money back to buy from another vendor.
I haven't seen any real complaint's about this site before, even though the ordering system is pretty 1998ish.
Anyone have any leads on how I can contact these people and get some service?
