I can not edit afile ? please help

Hi guys
I want to edit this file nv_disp.inf

window/system32/driverStore/fileRepository/nv-disp.inf

when i edit the file a message appear

you don't have a permission to edit the file

my account is administration and i turn off the UAC

also i try to edit the file in the safe mode but the same thing

any tips please ?

I'm not sure how to do it in Vista, but with XP

1. right click and select properties
2. click security tab
3. at bottom, click 'advanced'
4. click 'owner' tab
5. see if you are owner, if not take ownership.
