So I'm adding these

8x Scythe KAZE-JYUNI "SLIP STREAM" 120mm Case Fan - SY1225SL12H - $68 dollars

1x CORSAIR TR3X3G1866C9DF 3GB PC3-15000 (DDR3-1866) Triple Channel Memory Kit

1x OCZ PC2-5400 DDR2 SODIMM 4GB Dual Channel Kit OCZ2MV6674GK

The Scythe Fans and Corsair Memory are for my main rig. And the OCZ Laptop memory is for my HP dv9608nr.

What do you guys think?

Double check that your notebook will properly support 4GB RAM. I've seen some older models have issues with that, I'm not too familiar with AMD-based notebooks though. According to the results I've seen here, TR3X3G1866C9DF is supposed to be one hell of a clocker. Make sure you post your results!

And the fans... Can't really complain about them. I'd give those Scythe Gentle Typhoons a shot if you're looking for something quieter, or Ultra Kazes (38mm thick) if you want some more static pressure.

Yea I already checked to see if my laptop supported 4GB and it does, I already put Windows 7 on it =D

Also, yea, I can't wait to try my corsair memory, first time I'm buying corsair. Wish I could have bought the 3x2GB kit but they want 400 dollars D=

I had to contact the company I bought the fans from. Because I ordered the wrong ones. I got the SY1225SL12H by mistake. When I wanted the SY1225SL12SH. But I'm looking for performance. So 6 of them are going in the case itself. The other 2 are going on to the HyperN620. So I have awesome air cooling. =D

SY1225SL12H
1,600 rpm
33.00 dBA 88.11CFM
0.41 A

SY1225SL12SH
1,900 rpm
37.00 dBA 110.31CFM
0.53 A

why only 3GB? - I reckon go 6 :yepp:

I wanted to, But I don't have the extra 200 dollars lol.
