View Full Version : This may be a strange question but how do I block a light?

My case is this wonderful kind of black, the fans glow this soft subdued blue that I absolutely love.

And then there's the "working power light" (i know there's a word for it but I can't remember what it is) thats a BRIGHT flashing red. It flashes constantly on my motherboard from the moment I start the computer.

I know its just asctetics (sp?), but its driving me crazy. I love the blue, its why I bought it, I absolutely hate red and the flashing is seriously distracting.

I have no idea how to block it without causing a problem on my motherboard. It looks like the little lights (they are very bright for being what they are) are underneath a little protective cover near the power switch on the motherboard.

Any ideas? I just don't want to cause heat problems or anything so I'm scared to touch it without knowing exactly what I should be doing.

LEDs use a fraction of a watt. So no, no fires.
