I have 2, 250GB HDDS I used 1 of them and had about 200GB of Videos, Downloads, Pictures, Music, and games.
is there a way to transfer all these files over so i dont have to re install everything?

you have NO backup drive?

with a backup drive you could copy most of your programs to the drive (the ones you don't want to reinstall) and back into the program files (x86) folder once you have reinstalled, just be sure to launch the installer of each of these programs again and choose repair installation so all reg keys get fixed  (worked like a charm for me when going from xp 64 to vista, especially for steam)

EDIT BTW with 2 gigs of ram there is no reason for you to go x64, stay with xp x86 and get windows 7/ vista once you have 4 gb of ram

Actually I disagree with this statement for the reason when I switched I noticed my temps went down. Reason why they went down you ask? Simple your os is now using the full bandwidth of the processor so it doesn't have to work so hard to do the same thing..............
