Can not play games in vista 64

Every time i try to start a game in vista 64 a message is telling me that there is somthing wrong with directx
What is wrong?
Please help me!!!

Just a guess but may need to try and reinstall DirectX since the problem is the same and telling you there is somethign wrong with DirectX. Your file may of got corrupt or something so I would try a reinstall of DirectX

It's called update DirectX. And make sure you're video drivers are installed correctly.

ErikVaa, does this happen for all games you've tried in x64? I've been able to play most games in x64 as long as you start the game as administrator. Only the Battlefield series has been truly finicky (read: doesn't work all the time).
