Does anyone know of a good program to conduct RAM testing? Does anyone know of a good program to conduct HDD integrity testing?

HDD testing, I dont know. RAM testing, I doubt there is anything better than Memtest (http://www.memtest.org/)

or you can put it on a bootable usb flash disk
