all u need to do is get a copper block from onlinemetals and get your self 2 heater cartridges from mc masters then find some one with a drill press so u can drill the holes (i did my first one with a hand drillso it can be done ) then get your self a varic if u can and wire it up if u needed help with that i could help u its not that hard. as i can't really see some one selling u one as i know i have 2 of them and still sometimes that is not enough
Could you recommend dimensions for the copper block?

1.5" by 1.5" by 3/4" would suffice. Just need a block of copper that is large enough to fit your resistors but small enough to sort of simulate a CPU.
