2- if i will put a neoprene in the square inside the socket how will my mobo know whats my cpu's temp?wouldn it interfire?

3- do i have to put neoprene in the back of the mobo?

1- Don't use silicone--i'd suggest dielectric grease, never hardens.
2-cut a little part in the square for the thermistor in the middle of the socket, push it through.
3-yes.

For Dielectric grease, go to auto parts stores. This is what I use:

If you do put neoprene in the middle, do it like I did:

Doesn't really matter. The main advantage of dielectric grease over silicone is that it comes off.
