Whats the highest safest +12 line?

in order for me to get my +5 higher i have to change a pot on my psu that ups the +12 as well... its already close to +13 and ive seen it go to 13.15 or so...

so what is a max i should try to say away from?

You will enter dangerous area at +10% or 13.2V. It may shorten or decrease the lifespan of components in the long run. :(

I've modded my Enermax (+5v line), the result is 2 dead vidcards :(

The 12v line was never near 13v, but they didn't like it.
so, be carefull......
