would an enermax 460w PSU with 33a 12v line etc power an 80w GFX TEC and a vapochill at the same time?

Probably. But watch the voltages on the lines, if they are too out of whack, then it is probably being overdrawn. But 33A is probably enough.

mrbios: I am currently running a enermax 550W that has 24A on the 12v line, and i have a 80W pelt, the vapochill PE and my system all running off that PSU. Voltages are still good (and stable).

So yes, it should work ok. And as KnightElite said, keep and eye on the voltage rails though.

The other thing is keeping PSU cool, make sure it gets all the air it needs. PSU's blow due to overheating....
