a few xsos 2.20 questions

hi

after a little apprehension, i though id try xsos 2.02 on my eeepc. It installed fine!

I haven't played with it much, but I have a few questions,

1. What windows version is is based on? win2k or xp?
2. Will it work with xp drivers (Im thinking trying the drivers from the Asus site for wireless, vga etc)?
3. What is the legal status of it? (Im not stupid enough to try and register/update it at MS). I intend to use it on-line, are there any issues with this?

It looks like a great little OS for my mini laptop (under 200MB installed)
