Support can unfortunately take up to 2 weeks to respond in worst cases. Try putting the video card into another system and see if the card works on the most basic level. I know your english is poor, but the problem description is even worse.

better ?
my VGA started to show some airtfacts on screen, with yellow vertical lines after installed the new nVidia driver (with Physx). I`ve removed the driver, tried to put on other slot, but keeps the same. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks for your atention.

ok cool.
Uninstall the drivers in control panel.
Google a program "driver cleaner pro"
Install.
Download the latest WHQL drivers from Nvidia's website driver page. save to desktop
Boot up in safe mode.
Run program in safe mode and uninstall any left over Nvidia drivers.
restart windows normally
cancel the auto install process.
Install the WHQL drivers you previously downloaded.
Restart.
Also, while you are at it. Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers. Latest BIOS would also be a good idea as well.
Also what model is your power supply?

The same one if they still have them in storage.. otherwise they will have to work with you on a replacement.
did you get a chance to try the card in another system? That would be an excellent way to see if the card is finished.

Is it possible to take a screen shot? It would help a lot to see what the problem is.

Sorry about the delay. I have been off for New years. I will have an RMA issued for your product.
