Has any one seen any Vmods for an ATI HD 4350?
I have an ASUS HD 4350 512MB DDR2
and am currently testing and looking for a working vmod on GPU + RAM
Will be testing new LN2/Dry Ice GPU pot :)

Resistance between pin #3 and #6 (opposite pins) on the circled chip? Dimple marks pin #1.
And what does it read on the chip?

Largon,
The IC reads
"uP6101BU8"
"VGB88E"
1- 5
2 6
3 7
4 8
I believe this is how you count the pins?
Between pin 3 and 6 is 2ohm
about 9.5ohm between pin #3 and #5
about 891ohm between pin #3 and #7
I believe pins #3 and #7 are reference feedback
I cant seem to find a data sheet to confirm.
I have taken better pictures with a new camera:

Pin#3 is ground. The pin on the opposite side is pin#6 (not pin#7), pin#6 is FB.
This is how the pins are numbered:
1┌─┐8
2│─│7
3│─│6
4└─┘5
1 = boot
2 = ugate
3 = gnd
4 = lgate
5 = vcc
6 = fb
7 = comp/en
8 = phase
vGPU mod:
Solder a 20kΩ VR between pin#6 and ground (pin#3, eg).
Tune down to increase vGPU. Measure vGPU from the legs of the alu capacitor located on the backside closest to uP6101.
edit:
Forgot about vMEM (vDD/VDDQ combined)...
There's a similar chip also on the backside of the card near the GDDR chips - is that uP6101 too?
Resistance from pin#3 to pin#6? Should be lower than for the vGPU mod, around 500Ω maybe?
