wait, do you have the LT or the regular 680i, because if you have the LT the latest bios is P08.
if you have the 680i then the latest is P33

I have both im just using the 680i lt in the rig in my sig. the reason i was looking for the p30 or p31 is that alot of people i know that updated to the p33 said there OC became unstable so im just looking for an older bios.

I can email you the XFX versions if you PM me your email address. I can't upload them here because of the space limitations on attachments.

Don't install the EVGA 680i BIOS. If you do and the board dies you can guarantee XFX won't honor the warranty. Even though they are both reference boards there are differences. Also when you first boot up you will see the EVGA splash screen.
To me the P31 and P32 BIOS were not good for overclocking my Q6600. However the P30 and P33 are very good, the latter needed if you're installing 45nm Core2Duo's.
