I looked on the web, but theres so much rubbish out there that does not answer my questions. What do the diff columns for memory on taskmanger relate to? Specifically where can I find Page File usage for each process? Is it in a column that I haven't selected in the screen shot?

Thanks.

The "Mem Usage" column indicates the amount of RAM a process is using.
If I'm not mistaken, the sum of "VM Size" ( Virtual Memory Size ) and "Paged Pool" is the page file usage.

Edit:

In Vista the Commit Size column should be the indicator of PageFile usage of each process.

ok. Paged pool in Vista shows tiny usage. Like everything is less than 1megabyte so thats something different. I would have thought Commit size was Total Memory? Physical + PF?

EDIT: To be clear... its a Server 08 Screen. I'm good with XP Taskmanager, but Vista has me wondering.

Anyone else like to add to this?

Right. I saw this before... but I think its Commit Size that is specifically the Pagefile mem. I used to think Virtual memory was Pagefile PLUS real Ram usage, in some usages of the term. But by the definition that pops up... I think in this case its just for Paged memory.
