How to make Vista allow Rivatuner to run on startup without permission?

Rivatuner boots up everytime Windows starts, but Vista always makes me click that annoying little "allow" button to actually run it. Isn't there a way I can tell Vista to just run the darn thing without bugging me every time? thx

Doesn't that make Vista a bit less secure? I'd rather just tell it to let Rivatuner pass through unbothered if possible.
