Hi,

I need a new motherboard because the one i have now is a bit limiting and seems to have a few kinks, such as not accepting my memory/not turning on when I turn off the computer. As such I've been thinking about getting one of the new p45's.

I've been thinking about grabbing a P5Q Pro at newegg or wherever it's cheaper but is there something better?

The machine is used for gaming primarily and I do like to overclock. I don't want to SLi but a board that can do Xfire is fine. All I have is a Q6600 so I can't do socket 1366 and I use DDR2 Memory.

Budget is $125

I have the perfect answer, I just bought a P5Q-SE PLUS from newegg for 84.00 NEW. Best no fuss motherboard I've ever owned. Im even OCed @ 410FSB with my E6600 nearing 3.7GHz. Has PCIe 2.0 slot, etc.... Great motherboard for cheap.
