Net top build, need ideas

Im thinking about building a net top. I have a few questions and any ideas or changes to this build is more than welcome. Ive got a hard on for one these.
This is a quick list of the parts that Im thinking about using.
Board

Case- Normally I would never use a psu that comes with a case. Can I get away with using this one?

I have a 74gb Raptor, and may upgrade to an SSD in the future.
OS
I will be running Linux and have yet to decide on the distro.
PCI Video Card?
Would it be worth it? If so what should I pick up and what would I need for a psu?
Tuner card?
Once again how would a tuner card work out with this?

wouldent a c7 or nano be better, and most cases come with tiny psus for them

I really dont know to be honest. I have yet to see many decent benches on any of these chips. From the limited reviews and benchmarks that I have seen seen the Atom 330 is faster but I know nothing about VIA chipsets. Then you have to factor in price. The Atom is pretty cheap.
