It's really easy. There are only two plastic clips holding each controller in. All I did was pressed them outwards and pulled the controller out.

Very nice Marin... I'm very happy with my 1200... Have you replaced the tri-cools in a way which preserves the back panel switches?

Just wondering y took the stock fans off the case? Also what are those fans on the back and CPU?

Never liked the tri-cools as they don't push enough air. Also the fans in the back and on the cooler are Sanyo Denki San Ace.

True the stock case fans aren't great, i'm thinking about replacing mine.
