I may be wrong, but isnt the GTZ mounted incorrectly? I.E. should be rotated counter clockwise 90 Deg?

Not sure TBH but Id like to know if anyone has a definate answer as I have the same block on an i7. Ive seen quite a few people with it mounted like yours, and a few like I have mine mounted (as specified by swiftech). Not sure which is correct/better... Guess I could remount if no one knows

Nice rig tho! :D

At stock, my temps hold at 50c load. 30c steady at idle.

Thanks. I really couldn't find a position inside the case that I was happy with. Could have laid it on the bottom at the cost of the HDD bay or stood it straight up along the mobo, but...

Now, why should it be mounted at a 90 degree counter clock-wise angle? I haven't seen any documentation saying such a thing. Can someone link?

I recently read a post from Gabe that said changing the mounting orientation goes against its design and you can experience performance loss.
