I've got a MachII sitting here that is dead and it needs RMA'ing. There is a definite leak for starters. Basically it wont reach boot temp anymore. It powers down at around 18 degrees. So I need to RMA it but this is proving very difficult. If all else fails is there anyone in the UK able to fix them up?

If it's under warranty send it back to your seller, if you can of course, I hope you never got it from OCS.

I got it from CPU City - they're basically telling me that Nventiv will deal direct with myself - so I have to wait and hear from them :( It means shipping it back to Denmark! ouch...

how long have u had it? maybe the other people they dealt with had theirs broken very quickly rather than after a few months?

i might be needing to send mine back at some point if these temps dont get fixed.

I don't know - maybe it's Nventiv's new line. Basically they;ve told me all RMA procedures are handled via Nventiv Direct - it doesn't bother me as long as I can get it fixed. I've got another one on order - should be with me tomorrow :)
