Has anyone ever used mirrored acrylic in their case mods? I saw some case before with some kind of mirrored glass/plexiglass that would be see through if you had a light such as a cold cathode light running but if there was none, it'd just be like a mirror. Is this mirrored acrylic? http://www.professionalplastics.com/ACRYLICMIRROR

Oh wow that's hardcore...I just wanted to buy a piece of mirrored acrylic, cut a window mod and stick it in and throw a light behind it so you could see the insides when you want to and keep it reflective by just turning the light off.

i bet you could just go to the auto store get some mirror tint for a car.. put it on the plexi. mod the plexi as you want. then polish the clear side..:yepp::yepp:

Be careful when you purchase a sheet of mirrored acrylic because not all are transparent. One from Performance-PCs.com is the safe place to purchase.

That is correct, as far as I'm aware only the AC Ryan Mirror is actually transparent when back lit.
