I have a Cosmos S case and Corsair TX750 PSU.
Here are the pics I have taken

My problem is, I could not close the rightside panel cover because of the wires. I have tried my best and wasted a good amount of time, but I failed. I think what hindering me to close the cover are the wires that I have over the support bar.
If you can make a video/picture how to make a good cable management with non-modular PSU, that will help me or other people here on youtube a lot.

Thank you in advance

The main problem is caused by the 8 pin cable because of its girth. You can route the wire under the locking bar right next to the front panel wires and you can do pretty much the same thing with the fan wires.

I have thought of that, but the cables are not long enough to go under locking bar.
I am thinking of making a hole. Probably behind the motherboard like COolerMaster HAF case.

A stepped drill will make clean and light work on the motherbard tray.

it's hard to help from forums ... most of us here .. is about trial and error basis

If I can find a picture, I can copy it, or I can use it as preference.

Just cut a couple of holes just under the edge of the mobo for the few wires you can see and line the holes with the rubber stuff. You could also sleeve the atx to clean it up a bit.
