Bootable CD / Magic Flash

How would I go about making a bootable CD so I can flash my video cards bios ?

Also when I use the magic flash utility to try and flash my mobos bios it only lets me use the newest one downloaded from epox's site. How do I select one that Ive already downloaded ?

go to the folder you installed magic flash into (usually C:/program files/epox/magic flash)

Then run a program in that folder called winflash.

Winflash is the software magicflash uses to flash the bios and you can use it to flash any bios you like from your HDD.
