Looking for suggestions... air cooled system

I have a $~250 limit to get the best air cooling I can. Not satisfied with my current P180 setup, looking to get something roomier.

Might be convinced to splurge on a TJ09 if it's really that good for air.

TJ09 is really good for air. I'd go with the A70 if you cut out a window and more fan holes.
