Well...im wondering what the most silent cases are out there. Plans are to watercool so that will cut down some nice noise there. And acoustic dampening is always an option

the PC P-80 has no window and could easily be line with sound damping material, and those 140mm fans in the front are the quietest fans I have ever heard and it comes with a built in controller for them.

I'd just get the full tower case of my liking because you'll need the space for water cooling. Then add acoustic dampening material later if you feel you need it.

Line any decent case with some good soundproofing material add some quiet fans and nearly any case will be very quiet.

Here is what i recommend using.

Here is my Lian Li PC-S80 case. You will have to do some modding to it for the double and triple rad grills, but a overall great case. I see it at newegg for $159.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112188). See pictures HERE (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.aspx?CurImage=11-112-188-S11&ISList=11-112-188-S01%2c11-112-188-S02%2c11-112-188-S03%2c11-112-188-S04%2c11-112-188-S05%2c11-112-188-S06%2c11-112-188-S07%2c11-112-188-S08%2c11-112-188-S09%2c11-112-188-S10%2c11-112-188-S11%2c11-112-188-S12%2c11-112-188-S13%2c11-112-188-S14%2c11-112-188-S15%2c11-112-188-S16&S7ImageFlag=1&Item=N82E16811112188&Depa=0&WaterMark=1&Description=LIAN%20LI%20PC-S80A%20Silver%20Super%20Silent%20Computer%20Case%2 0-%20Retail) You can add a triple rad to the top ( BlackIce 360GTS Stealth) or Swiftech 360 would fit.
