is the Lian Li PC-61 Plus a decent case for water cooling? I wanna mount a feser 240 rad in it, would it fit on the bottom of the case if I remove the hard drive cage?
The better option is to mount it on the top panel because you will have no trouble routing the hoses from it and keep the lower part of the case clutter free.

I can get a get a 240 rad template for the feser rad, is the fan spacing the same as the black ice series

I heard that the older Feser models had 17mm spacing between the fans, but that they adapted the newer models to 15mm, like the more common rads (TC excepted)

The only way to know it is to measure the distance between the fans.
On Feser's site, they only mention a version 1.0 with the 17mm spacing, but nothing about a newer version (15mm).
Maybe you should go have a look in the Liquid cooling section and perhaps ask someone who has a Feser rad if he can check the dimensions.
