Hi guys,
I just want to share an easy pencil voltmod for XFX' GeForce 8400GS 265MB.
First step is to find the IC "SC2621":
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=90673&stc=1&d=1229148984
As you can see there, Pin5 is the FB which also controls the GPU voltage. Original resistance should be exactly 600Ohm; Vgpu ~1.3V.

In the area around the IC SC2621 can be found a resistor with same resistance, this has to be penciled in the following.
The measure point is just some cm next to it:

Of course you can also solder a variable resistor(20k) between Pin5 of the IC and Pin9(GND).
Some settings I've tested myself:
600Ohm - 1.32V
500Ohm - 1.5V
484Ohm - 1.56V
This voltmod gave me a big boost of 170Mhz GPU and 232Mhz shader clock :)
Greetings
