i ordered an ocz vendetta awhile back and i am going to install it soon on my m3a32-mvp. i am assuming that it mounts blowing the air up or down. i wasn't sure if that would block my first ram slot or not and if there was any way to get it to mount so it could blow the air out of the back of the case. is there an easy way to do this?

There's no way to have it blow air out the back, it's either up or down.
The cooler hangs over the first ram slot, but sits high enough to get allow you to get the ram in. Unless you have tall heatsinks.

You'll probably have to use the second set of slots. I don't think the mem pipe will reach the second slots, but I'm not sure since I never used that thing.
