Dremels are mighty cheap nowadays, and especially at the local home depot. I will swing by tomorrow and buy a dremel and a toolkit. Which series of dremel should I buy? 200? 300? 400? I am looking at 300 and 400 series. Im willing to spend as much as 100 bucks on it with a kit, but no more.

your gonna get what you pay for in this case, the 400 series is the best of them. So if i were you, get the 400...........

I grabbed a 300 series dremel about a wk ago and it came with the extention head connection thingy, and that thing makes cutting tight designs way easier than holding the somewhat bulky dremmel itself.
It was only 85$ cnd too! yay for christmass sales

get the extension wire cable to better precision .. it's good when you need the steady hand for small craftmanships e.g. engravings
thought of the day: what are we gonna do without dremels? lol

my local walmart sell them too, a bit cheaper than home depot, but with less included add-ons.

I got mine from a home depot called B&Q quite cheaply before the recession hit. I'm just astounded by the amount of accessories you can get for them.
