XFX 8200 Overclocking Basics Help! and Wattage

Hi everyone, I have an 8200 MOBO curently with a 2.7 5200+ Athlon 64 x2 and I have two Phenom x4's sittin around one is 2.3 95W and one is a 2.4
125W. what would happen if i put the 2.4 in? or should i put the 2.3 in and overclock it. now to overclocking, how do I bring the 2.3 up to 2.4 or 2.5GHZ? I played with the Auto overclocking and the computer would not boot (Cleared CMOS and it is working now). am i doing some thing wrong? do i also have to increase the voltage? I just nees to know the basics of overclocking.

I was hoping that someone knowledgeable in AMD would be able to give you some pointers. I personally have never owned an AMD machine. I would stick with the 95W CPU. The power shouldn't increase much from OCing moderately. With the 125W the board will eventually give out.
