Im building a budget gamer PC with some spare parts I have laying around, and now im stuck deciding as to which sound card to install. I have 2 to choose from and they are:
1. Audigy4 standard edition with a dsp that reads ca10300-iat-lf
2. Audigy2ZS with a dsp that reads ca0102-ict
I've googled both these DSP processors to see if there is a difference between them and to see which would "OFF LOAD" more work from the CPU thus gaining a little more FPS in games but I couldnt find anything pertaining to my question. Can you help me? either way, either one of these cards is better then onboard audio correct?
