Find yourself a good rheostat to slow down the fan to a reasonable noise level.

Guys turn off the vacuum cleaners so we can hear the fans!
Seriously though I'd love to see some crazy mofo challenge this guy though: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=90516&highlight=king - that's a classic thread I always keep laughing at whenever I check it out.

Yes, I use a controller of the Zalman the MFC2, only that as it of 0.7A cooler only arrive at ones 2800RPM only.... binding direct in mobo he catches 4000RPM easy

I can stand the noise for a benching etc, but not 24/7.

Now this thread is ironic
I get San Aces because they are the "best" fans you can get, and I just tried them (4 of them for my rad) and I went deaf the time they ran. I cant believe they are the most recommended fans for water cooling enthusiasts, I just cant believe that. Im really dissapointed at the noise they make at full speed. At ~<1500rpm, they are ok.
I like the cfm they have, I know I will run them full speed while gaming :D
