how would u cool that thing?

i bet it produces some 600W of heat... yeah id really like to see the board of this thing... benchmarking is impossible since i really doubt theres a board with agp slot for that thing... but im sure it would be good for a 40K+ run in 2k1 with a 9800xt :slobber:

1. No mobo AGP port (all are remotely controlled)
2. No Windows build supports it
3. Not capable of 32-bit apps (64-bit only)

Pretty much useless except for massive parallel systems.

I also question the cooling...:slobber: :slobber: :slobber:

With the help of a sledgehammer it fits on everyones board ;) :D

nVentive will develope a prom head adapter, hehe... :hehe:

Addressing the impossibility of 3DMark.

Pretty simple to figure out, I thought.

meh, give me an IBM zSeries 990 (http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/990.html) anyday.

i said that its not possible to run 3dmark with this cpu.
then you quoted me and said the same thing...

To bad those are not A64 cores :D

That thing would make a Mach II cry and jump through the window :stick:

That looks kinda cool. I might have to get me one or was that eight....:D

the 4 chips in the centre are the actual cpu cores, 2 cores on every chip. the other 4 chips are the L3 cache. each of the cores has 2mb L2 cache and like the a64s they have the memory controller onboard :slobber:

oh and they are clocked at 2ghz!!!
