i want my motherboard rma"ed , because sometimes its working sometimes not, when i go the store they said " come back when the motherboard is dead"

how to make motherboard defective without any physical damage,

No need to do anything drastic...
The store did not create the motherboard, the manufacturer did. Contact the company (through email or phone call at their official website) who made your Motherboard and work it out with them for a direct RMA.

you could dump water on the pwm's while running although you may take out the rest to, or you could flash the bios through windows and shut down halfway through that'll work and only kill the board.
