Well I've been using my diamond back for quite some time and as responsive as it is, it sure isn't comfortable. I love the big buttons and how they are shaped thats my fav thing about it. I've like that shape since the original boomslang but I find my diamondback is not comfortable at all for my pinky finger. I'm curious how the deathadder is since it looks more shapely to your hand. I dunno my pinky wants to go like ) but the mouse makes it go like V.

Also curious about the lachesis, looks kine like a cutdown boomslang. Still annoyed after years of supporting razer to come back when they finally release an up to date one it's a friggin $100.

Been using the deathadder since its release.. cannot go back to the razer. The deathadder is much more comfortable over long gaming sessions. I have small hands too.

I don't find DeathAdder comfortable to my hand at all and my hands are pretty big, well I've got long fingers at least. But I prefer the Logitech's stable thumb grib tho, and using MX-518 which I love as I get sore thumb when resting the thumb against the sidebuttons on the DA (well below them as I just have to have a grip with the thumb, otherwise my aim sux but doing so the thumb nudges the corner of the sidebuttons every now and then which makes the thumb a bit sore in the long run). DeathAdder is my backup mouse atm but I know people either love it or hate this mouse. I also concidered it slightly too bulky which compared to Diamondback it's like you wouldn't know it's a Razer mouse you're holding.

Where do you live, perhaps I could sell my DeathAdder to you if you decide to try this mouse as I never use it anyways and only used it for around an hour or two max and it works perfectly but the shape just ain't made for my hand and grip.

You can argue as much as you want but I think Razer DeathAdder and Logitech MX-518 (gaming-grade version with updated sensor) are still the best mice for FPS gaming today, either of them will satisfy most people depending on their hands & grip etc and they're also quite cheap. Highend Optical > Laser.

I bought Diamondback and then Death Adder, both still in use. (Death Adder two times ;))
I prefer Death Adder, but it's not a giant step from Diamondback to the Death Adder. A little bit more precision and comfort, that's it. :)
