I haven't needed to do RAM research in a very long time but I think I've got it narrowed down to three and I have no idea which one.
The Mushkin and a G-Skill are both 800-4-4-4-12. Though the Mushkin has added 1T onto that (that I can find anyway). Both have very good reviews all across the web. The Mushkin runs 2.0-2.1v, and the G-skill runs 1.8-1.9v.
The third one is another G-skill but this one is 900-4-4-4-12 at 2.0-2.1v. Problem is that there are no reviews of it anywhere on the web so it makes me very hesitant .
I have no idea which one to choose.
What are your thoughts?

what exactly is that RAM for?
for normal working and gaming, the ram clock let alone timing is very unimportant. you can't tell the difference ;)

if you are overclocking look for 1066mhz ram and up otherwise the point is moot

Gaming, of course. I want to be able to play games like Crysis. Not to mention the new Tomb Raider, and the Sims 3.

To be honest, I like G. Skill RAM. I've never used Mushkin so I've got not opinion there. I would suggest though that you consider the Patriot LLK 4GB DDR2 800 Kit. Here's why

Max OC of almost 1200Mhz at CAS 5.
The best part, only $35 AR at Frys.
