Here is what happened,I first tried to use a graphite glue on point 1 to put a wire there,as the glue was too fluid I gave up and cleaned as much as I could. Then I removed the resistor I marked on the pic because it was in the trace following the point from the IC leg(no resistance,I measured),also the two points that it was between gave 0 resistance,so I thought all the resistor was doing was shorting the points, after removing it I bridged the points and soldered a wire to it.Only after doing all these things I tried booting the card, and it failed to boot, then I measured the resistance between the Point 1 and Point 2,it was only about 300Ohms,I thought it was too little and cleaned it again the following day with a syringe needle, resistance was much bigger(more than 1Mohm),so there was definitely some glue left.About the resistor I could do nothing but short it with solder as I lost the resistor.Any idea which of the two was the cause?I think it's probably the first one,it probably damaged something when I turned the PC on with such a low resistance, any chance that it's something I can replace?:(
