I am looking to upgrade my cooling on my EVGA 780i SLI FTW board and there arn't a lot of water cooling options so I will prolly go the way of better aftermarket air cooling. Does anyone know what will fit on the EVGA 780i SLI FTW board? I was thinking these:
Northbridge Cooling: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=197&products_id=24476
Southbridge Cooling: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=197&products_id=23200
Or just get 2 of the NB coolers and use that for both NB and SB.
MOSFETS: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=197&products_id=21654
That seems like it would work for my 780i SLI FTW but I thought i would check before i bought anything lol.

If you are going to be OCing then I would get something better on the NB like the Thermalright HR series and through on a nice quite fan like the Noctua or Scythe. That is where all your heat is going to be the most.
SB I would use the low profile Enzotech and I don't like noise so I did not bother with the winny 40mm fan. Does not get near as hot as your NB.
As for Mosfet I could not open your link, but any heatsink little blocks that can stick to them will be fine I think.
If you case has decent to good cooling you will be in good shape.
My two cents.
Not sure what you meant that there are not a lot of water cooling options. I don't have that board, but I gotta believe there are options for that mobo.

For the northbridge, HR-05 IFX does the job quite nicely. And for added cheapness, with a little bit of trimming on the fan blades, you can even use a stock Intel heatsink fan on them :P
Southbridges aren't quite as important to cool, so a low-profile heatsink should do the job, just make sure it's only about 15mm high to make sure that any GPUs will clear it.
If the mosfets are anything like my old 680i board, you'll probably be wanting something like an HR-09 on them, especially since they won't have much air flow due to a WC'ed CPU.

On the 780i they are connected to the NB through a Heat Pipe. So would need aftermarket cooling on the MOSFETS if i decide to go w/ cooling for NB/SB.

Yeah, what I meant was that the mosfets on my old 680i used to get really hot, and using something like Swiftech or Enzotech RAMsinks wasn't up for the job.

Enzotech all the way.
