XfX card died... help with autospy :p

i dont know if a drop of water hit the 2 resistors on the picture... would the soldering lead corrode like that, and would suck a shorting be enough to kill the card?

resistors near c942, next to sli connector.

That doesn't look like liquid damage. Liquid turns a greenish color on the PCB. That just looks like a normal component failure. You should be able to exchange that through your retailer.

okay.... well, i have only got 1 problem, i miss 1 of 12 screws for the original cooler... should i try to get one through friends etc or can i send it to rma in that shape?

I lost one of the screws on my card and they handled the rma no problem.
