RAM Timing

I have two sticks of pc2-4300 Kingston DDR2 and I was wondering what the best timing for them was. Right now they are set at CAS 3, 3-3-8-2t(no option for 1t). Can I do better than this?
Running a ECS p4m800pro-m(yeah I know it sucks, but it's all I got), and a D 945, 7800 GS.

man those are some crazy tight timings, i have my patriot sticks at 1000mhz, and 4-4-4-5.
anyway, try to bring up the frequency of the ram, and maybe increase the timings a bit. use super pi 1m as a benchmark until you find the fastest speed. Your overclocking that pentium d, right?
