Okay, previously I had the Antec SuperLanboy, while it had its share of flaws - limited space to fit a longer VGA without being modded for one, a thing I liked about it was its real lightweight.

So I'm looking for an aluminum case similar to it in terms of weight and has room for 1) at least two fans, preferably 120mm 2) can fit a longer VGA.

One that I'm looking at is the LIAN LI PC-A05B. Without being overly packed with components I think it'll be non bulky and easy to move around.

Any other suggestions?

how about antec 300

edit: wait is this small enough or u need smaller. The Lian Li is awesome case, it wont be as light as some others due to its quality build.

How about the Antec Skeleton.

Thanks for the input fellas

Yeah been looking at the Antec 300 too as it would be another good option. But since it's made of steel and it has larger footprint compared to the PC-A05B wonder how it compares weight wise. They have it listed at 16 lbs, hm..

Speaking of the Antec Skeleton, yes lightweight is good but err I think I lean more towards a traditional mid tower design :D

Getting aluminum is not worth it IMO. If you want something that is compact, and durable get some secc steel. After 6 months, i almost guranee that if you have an aluminum case that you move around alot, it will be dented, as it is so malleable, and the paint will subsequently chip. Even if the aluminum is thick, it will still be the same weight as some thin steel. I've owned like 4 aluminum cases, all of them i had to treat with kit gloves, with my cm 690, i could sit on it.
But if your hell bent on getting something aluminum, why not go micro atx?

Agreed.

My Antec case is made of durable steel. Its heavy and very solid. Smacked it so many times but not even a dent.

For an aluminum case, cheaper is better. Factory uses less material to save costs and it comes out super light. Just get a really cheap bargain-bin case. Its the lightest guaranteed.

lightweight is the issue it seems, i'm in same boat, and while i haven't owned or seen any personally the mountian mod cases are listed as having acceptable (to me) weights

I do recall some dude on OCN who sat on his LiLi and it died. Other than ROFL repeatedly, it does bring a good point that others have mentioned. Aluminium is not a strong metal. Getting a small mid tower LiLi or a MM H2GO is a great idea and they are well built. However, depending on your weight [I guess the other guy was no light weight], then yeah the case does need to be nurtured but seriously, WTH are you doing sitting on your pc case?
