I have done BIOS flashes with old 8800gt's before, but i am seriously lost as to where to start with my 4870. Are there any good set of instructions that explain how to do it?

So far i have done the following:

Downloaded AtiFlash 3.60.
Downloaded "ATIHD4870512MBOCX795-1100MHz.zip"
Extracted old BIOS using GPU-Z 0.2.8

Now, i hear you can flash straight from Windows using CMD. However, when i try running "atiflash.exe -i" i get the 64bit error:

Is there anyway to get around this? And, if i can, what do I do next?

Specs in case you need them:

Q6600 @ 3.6ghz
Asus P5Q Deluxe
Powercolour Radeon 4870 512mb
Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic
160gb RAID0 & 400gb RAID1
Corsair HX620W
