recommend me KVM switch

I need a high quality KVM. Not sure where to start, preforably off of newegg

i need it for keyboard and mouse mostly, my monitor has two inputs which can manual switch between the two.

Why not just go with a Phillips PSL1014 usb switcher + a cheap hub? I found the switcher for $5 at a local Princess Auto. I've seen it on amazon.com for pretty cheap as well.

I have an old Avocent KMV as well, but I wouldn't know which one to recommend for a newer model.

$200 vs the $8 of the usb switcher I mentioned. He says he already can change the inputs with his display.

He said high quality. I've had the Gefen one for a few years and its been great. My old Avocent one was great two, it just wouldn't work with my G15 keyboard very well.

I have no experience with the Phillips. If you have and you love it, then great!
