Hello all.

I have a question about my memorys. In my bios (gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P) I have an option called X.M.P (Xtreme Memory Profile)
I can either set it to "auto" disabled" or "profile1"

My question is, what should I set it to?
I got 8gb of these memorys here:

I don't have an answer for you, but you might take a look over in the Intel (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=59) section of the forums.

In particular, this thread (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=193126) might give you some info. It's the XS **Official** UD3 P45 thread.
